The TLP program is designed to provide African managers in the NGO and small business sectors with the knowledge and skills they need to: improve their effectiveness as leaders; increase the efficiency and quality of their organizations; and improve the delivery of a wide range of services at the local level. In so doing, AAI and TCCAF are exponentially increasing the capacities of African-led organizations and enterprises to improve the lives of people living in local communities across the African continent. To-date some 236 participants from 15 countries have benefited from the TLP program including 1 from Zambia.
